Your confidentiality is important to us. That is why we are completely transparent about the personal data we collect and process.
This Confidentiality Policy (the “Policy”) explains the way IGNITE AD SRL with the work point in str. Hârsova, nr 26, district 3 Bucharest, and the registered office in str. Alexander Von Humboldt, nr. 5, bl. V23A, sc. B, et. 4, district 3, company registered with the Trade Register Office with no. J40/6913/2013, sole registration code RO31717790, share capital 200 lei, (hereinafter „ALGORITM”), collects, uses and handles your personal information. ALGORITM undertakes to protect and respect the confidentiality of your data. Please read this Policy carefully in order to understand why and how we collect personal data and the way it will be used.
As far as personal data we collect is concerned, ALGORITM is a “data operator”, meaning the entity establishing the purposes for which and the means through which the personal data is processed.
Who collects and processes personal data
Personal data is collected and processed by ALGORITM according to the legislation applicable in Romania in the field of personal data processing, including according to the provisions of (EU) Regulations 2016/679 on the protection of individuals for the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of this data and for repealing Directive 95/46/CE (the “Regulations”).
This online website does NOT send the personal data of its customers (company name, administrator last and first name, e-mail address, telephone) to any other collaborating company.
How and when we collect personal data
We collect the personal information when it is relevant for your needs as a customer or for the needs of our business (e.g. you register on the website www.algoritm-europe.ro, when you contact the customers services by telephone or by e-mail, when you subscribe to the newsletter, when you write messages in the social media pages or you send feedback about our services etc.).
We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes except with your consent.
All the personal information is treated confidentially and protected accordingly by ALGORITM and/or our trustworthy partners.
The types of personal data we collect
The usual categories of data we collect from the users of the ALGORITM website/customers are the following: last and first name, e-mail address, telephone or other information you supply when you fill in forms on algoritm-europe.ro website, or when you correspond with us by telephone or by e-mail, and additional information you voluntarily decide to share.
Some information can also be collected during your visit on our website. This data will be processed for the purpose of subsequently contacting you. In this case, not supplying the specific data may limit your possibility to use the website.
How do we use personal data?
We can use the personal data for the following purposes:
- In order to send you marketing materials, such as newsletters, exclusively based on your consent expressed to this end;
- In order to reply to your questions and to inform you about the Algoritm services
- In order to make analyses for the purpose of offering relevant information and offers, with the interest of promoting/improving the promotion of the Algoritm services;
- In order to take part in different surveys for the improvement of our services with the interest of promoting/improving the promotion of our services.
All the personal information is treated confidentially and protected appropriately. We will keep the data as long as it is necessary in order to comply with the purposes mentioned above or for as long as the law requires it. Subsequently, the data will be deleted.
What are your rights?
- The right of access to personal data – you may request the confirmation of the fact that your personal data is processed or not by Algoritm, and if so, you may request the access to it, as well as some information about it (for example, the purposes of the processing and the categories of processed data, the recipients or the categories of recipients to which the data was or will be revealed, the period of the processing or criteria used for establishing this period, the existence of certain rights provided by the law, the source of the information etc.). at your request, a copy of the processed personal data will be supplied to you.
- The right to rectification of the personal data – you may obtain the rectification of the inexact personal data, as well as the supplementation of those incomplete.
- The right to restrict the processing of personal data – in the situations expressly regulated by the law (for example, if you challenge the exactness of the personal data, for the period necessary to check its exactness etc.) you may obtain the restriction of the processing of personal data. The restriction of the processing means that Algoritm will limit itself to storing personal data and will not perform other processing data of this data except with your consent or in other cases expressly provided by the law (mainly to notice, exercise or protect a right in court or for the protection of the rights of another individual or legal entity).
- The right of erasing the personal data (“the right to be forgotten”) – in the circumstances expressly regulated by the law (for example, if it is noticed that the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed), you may obtain the erasure of the respective data.
- The right to object the processing of this personal data – you may object at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation you are in, to the processing of your personal data in certain cases provided expressly by the law (especially if the processing is based on our lawful interest).
- The right to the portability of the personal data – in the situations regulated expressly by the law (respectively only if the processing of the personal data is done through automated means and is legally based on either carrying out a contract or your consent), you may receive, in a structured format, which may be read automatically, your personal data that you supplied to us and you may request that the respective data is sent to another operator.
- Additional rights related to automated decisions – you have the right to not be subject to an automated decision. If Algoritm makes automated decisions based on the processing of your personal data, you may (a) obtain the human intervention regarding the respective processing, (b) express your point of view regarding the respective processing, (c) obtain explanations about the decision made and (d) challenge the respective decision.
- The right to file a complaint – to the extent that you consider that you have suffered a prejudice through the collection and processing of the data, you have the right to file a complaint to the competent court or the surveillance authority.

Where is the data stored?
The data we collect is stored in safe environments, protected from the unauthorized access, revealing, use, modification or destruction by any individual or legal entity.
Personal data may be stored in the European economic Area (“EEA”) or outside it. Any such transfer of personal data will be made according to the requirements of the legislation on data protection.
Who has access to your data?
Your data may be sent to our subcontractors (payment services suppliers, courier services suppliers, IT services suppliers, marketing services suppliers). New will never send or alienate your data free of charge or onerously to third parties for purposes different from the supply of the Algoritm services.
